Camping Wairere

Camping at Wairere Boulders offers a unique opportunity to commune with nature. Our campsites are set amidst lush greenery and breathtaking views of the boulders and surrounding hills. Our guests can enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities, from hiking, kayaking, bouldering and stargazing. Picture this - you wake up to the sweet sounds of native birds chirping outside, like a natural alarm clock! And at night the native owls, the Ruru or Morepok start hooting to each other, creating a chill vibe. It's like having your own personal concert from Mother Nature herself. So cool, right?
